The four most widely held calcium misconceptions
I’ll dispel several fallacies regarding calcium intake and diets. That’s all I’ve been hearing lately. Some of my customers insist that consuming calcium will make them fat. Please allow me to dispel these rumors.

Heart attacks are caused by calcium.
Calcium pills alone are enough to trigger acne.

The formula for rapid weight growth is laid forth below. Consume more food than your body needs. Therefore, you will gain weight if your caloric intake exceeds your energy expenditure.
Protein, calcium, a mineral vitamins A and D, magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc may all be found in milk and other dairy products.
All of these nutrients are essential to our diet. They are necessary for our physical development. Breastfeeding is not the sole means to get these nutrients, but it is a good one.
Salads, vegetables that are green, nuts, peanuts, almonds, and shellfish are all great complements to a diet that includes milk.
Along with the aforementioned items, a daily intake of one cup of milk is recommended in order to meet calcium requirements. Because I including milk and am well-versed in healthy eating, I drink one glass of milk every day.
If I drink one glass or milk, I know I can safely have no more than four or five almonds.

Take no calcium. Fats will clog heart valves and arteries, leading to heart attacks.

Do not think that taking calcium supplements will provide you with the recommended daily allowance of calcium. Daily calcium intake of 1200 mg is required.
In addition, calcium supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. I prefer milk desserts over calcium pills since the latter aren’t nearly as delectable.

Supplemental calcium is insufficient. Before making any changes to your health routine, you should talk to your doctor.

This is really unusual. I am not familiar with your skin issues. However, I fail to see the logic in this. Acne is not triggered by calcium.
You shouldn’t eat too much fat if your complexion is greasy.
There seems to be no correlation between calcium and acne in the scholarly literature. Yogurt, honey, or milk cream should not be used on the face; instead, a doctor should be consulted.
Perhaps the materials are too harsh for your skin right now. Make sure the cosmetic you want to purchase has been tried and tested on people with your skin type before you commit to buying it.
All of us need calcium.
Friends Strong and healthy bodies need calcium. Your bones need it desperately. Osteoporosis may be avoided.
Bone loss is inevitable if you don’t get enough calcium from food or supplements.
