Ingredient Grill Recipes

How familiar are you with the adage “less is more?” So, the adage holds true even in the culinary world. Grilling, in this example. You don’t need much to make a tasty and filling supper hot off the grill; sometimes just a few spices & the correct cooking method are all that’s required.

On your next outdoor cookout, give these five-ingredient grill dishes a try:

Chicken with a Garlic and Sriracha Sauce

Required Items

a half kilo of chicken thigh fillets
Two minced garlic cloves
Sauce: sriracha, 2 teaspoons
Sweet soy sauce, 2 teaspoons (make your own or buy some).
Tomato paste, 2 teaspoons
Combine the minced garlic, sriracha, strong soy sauce, and tomato paste in a bowl and stir to combine. Mix well by stirring for a few minutes. Throw in some chicken breasts and cover them with your favorite sauce. Put in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on.
When you’re ready to cook, toss off the leftover marinade and throw the chicken fillets on the grill. Prepare a grill over a medium-high temperature and cook until done. Accompany with rice or a salad, whatever you choose.

Flank Steak, Perfectly Seasoned

Required Items

750 grams of flank steak
Smashed and peeled 3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil of sesame
A Pinch of Black Peppercorns
Optional
A Half Cup of Soy Sauce
1/4 glass of dry red wine
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, and powdered black pepper. Put in some soy sauce & red wine if you want. Combine completely, then transfer to a large, sealable bag (such as a Ziploc) for storage. Get a bag and throw some flank steak in it. Remove as much air as possible, seal, and place in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
The steak has to be thawed for 20 minutes preceding being cooked on the grill. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes each side, or longer if you want your meat well done. Ten minutes of resting time is recommended before serving the steak.

Soy-Garlic Salmon on the Grill

Required Items

One and a half kilograms of salmon, skin on and cut into six parts; one-third cup of olive oil; additional for grilling
The equivalent of three teaspoons of soy sauce
Dijon mustard, about 2 teaspoons
1 minced big garlic clove
Spread salmon chunks out on a grill pan that has been brushed with olive oil. Create the marinade by combining 13 cup olive oil, the soy sauce, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and onions in a bowl. With the exception of 2 tablespoons, spread the mixture over the fish. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
When you’re ready to dine, grill the salmon for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat. When the meat is done, peel off the skin and serve it with the marinade you saved.
